Terms & Conditions

 

1. Appointments:

 

   - Appointments can be made via phone, email, or through our online booking system.

   - A confirmation will be sent once your appointment is booked.

   - Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment to ensure you receive your full treatment time.

 

2. Deposits and Payments:

 

   - A 25% booking fee is required at the time of booking any treatment, effective from 1st July.

   - This fee secures your appointment time and is applied towards the cost of your treatment.

   - Payments can be made by cash, credit/debit card, or other accepted payment methods.

 

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:

 

   - If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.

   - The booking fee can be transferred to one rescheduled appointment if more than 24 hours' notice is given.

   - If less than 24 hours' notice is provided, the booking fee is forfeited.

   - If further rescheduling of the same appointment occurs, an additional booking fee will be required.

   - For cancellations, the booking fee is non-refundable.

   - Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a charge of 50% of the treatment price, at the discretion of The Beauty Spot.

   - No-shows or same-day cancellations will also be charged 50% of the treatment price. You will also be added the full prepayment list, meaning you need to pay for your next treatment in full at the time of booking.

   - Please manage your appointments through our booking system. If you experience any difficulties, contact your therapist directly to inform them of your need to cancel.

 

4. Late Arrivals:

 

   - If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you; however, your treatment time may be shortened to avoid delaying the next client.

   - The full treatment price will still apply.

 

5. Health Conditions:

 

   - Please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries that could affect your treatment.

   - Certain treatments may require a patch test 24 hours before your appointment.

 

6. Personal Belongings:

 

   - The Beauty Spot is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings brought into the salon.

 

7. Conduct:

 

   - We ask all clients to respect the privacy and comfort of others while at the salon.

   - Any inappropriate behavior will result in the immediate termination of the treatment, and you will be charged the full treatment price.

 

8. Gift Vouchers:

 

   - Gift vouchers are available for purchase and are valid for six months from the date of issue.

   - Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

   - Please present your gift voucher at the time of your appointment.

 

9. Promotions and Offers:

 

   - Promotions and special offers cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.

   - All offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.

 

10. Liability:

 

    - The Beauty Spot and its staff are not liable for any damage or injury caused by treatments, except where this is due to negligence on our part.

 

11. Changes to Terms:

 

    - The Beauty Spot reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately.
